Managing Director Maarten Roos was recently invited by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council to speak to its members about employment termination under Chinese labor law. The event was held in Hong Kong on 26 August 2015, and was attended by over one hundred representatives of international and Hong Kong companies with business interests in Mainland China.

During the same seminar, co-presenter Thaddaeus Mueller of Fiducia Management Consultants spoke of recruiting and retaining the best staff in China. This presentation was also received extremely well, and R&P is glad to have shared the podium with such an revered speaker.
