R&P goes Chongqing & Chengdu: IP Challenges in China
By invitation from the China IPR Helpdesk, an EU Commission initiative, R&P managing partner Maarten Roos and associate Robin Tabbers travelled to western China. The purpose: to meet foreign businesses there and advise them on challenges in the field of intellectual property rights (IPR) protection and enforcement. On 4 July Maarten presented at Le Meridien in Chongqing, and on 5 July the presentation was repeated for an audience of international SME’s in Chengdu.
The topic of the presentations was Trade Secrets and Non-competition in Employment and Commercial Relations, and was organized with the support of the local EU Chamber of Commerce and various other chambers as well as consulates. For more information, please contact [email protected].
