Victoria previously worked for a leading French law firm as well as Shanghai Co-effort Law Firm team, before joining R&P in 2012.
Currently a Partner, Victoria leads the firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) practice, supporting clients on IP prosecution, exhaustion, and enforcement, including registrations and licensing deals, advising on IP risks, and dealing with infringements. She also supports foreign and foreign-invested companies on regulatory matters related to product compliance, registrations, and labeling. She has extensive experience representing clients in commercial negotiations and disputes, often involving complex IP matters.
China Law and Practice nominated Victoria for the category ‘‘2013 Rising Star’’. Nominations are based exclusively on client recommendations. China Law and Practice quoted one client saying: “She acts very involved and we have the feeling she really takes a big interest in our development.” She has also been extensively recognized in surveys by Asialaw’s Leading Lawyers.
She was educated at the University of Manchester (LL.M.) and the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics (LL.B.).
Victoria is licensed as a PRC lawyer.
She is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese dialect, and English.
