“Excellent in helping to navigate Western companies through practical issues in dealing with China.”
The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2022 edition - LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT: PRC FIRMS
"We regularly work with Rogier van Bijnen and his team on PRC employment law matters. We find them to be responsive, commercial and fairly-priced."
"Rogier van Bijnen stands out from other PRC lawyers for his practical approach. He has a healthy appetite for risk, which makes him appealing to many in-house counsel. He tells you what the law is and then how to actually deal with the matter, noting that the law is only one of the factors to bear in mind in China."
