Limeng Yang has been a member of R&P since 2013. A qualified lawyer to practice law in the PRC and New York, she has over ten years of professional experience in both code law and Anglo-Sachsen law. After finishing her law degree at Shanghai International Studies University School of Law, she started her career at Shanghai Law Firm Lehman Lee & Xu in 2008 and has since then dealt with hundreds of commercial contracts as well as litigation and arbitration cases.
As a senior lawyer at R&P, her specific field of expertise regards corporate governance, employment, and dispute resolution. She drafts and reviews commercial contracts, conducts due diligence investigations, represents clients in employment and contract disputes, and provides compliance training courses to multinational companies.
Limeng graduated from Northwestern University School of Law (LL.M.) and Shanghai International Studies University School of Law (LL.B.).
She is also admitted to the China Bar Association (2009) and the New York Bar Association (2016).
She speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
Limeng was recommended by the Shanghai Justice Bureau to the National Talent Pool of Lawyers for Foreign Related Practice (司法部涉外法律人才库) in 2018.
