Erin joined R&P in 2020. Before joining R&P, she worked for a multinational logistics and maritime equipment company, and a law firm with expertise in compliance and litigation.
Erin provides legal services to well-known clients in the domestic and international retail, commercial real estate, logistics, e-commerce, manufacture industries. She possesses extensive experience in contract review and negotiation. Additionally, she provides general legal consulting services, and represent clients in litigation and arbitration cases involving contract disputes, labor disputes, and unfair competition. She also provides legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, layoffs, transaction documents drafting, and negotiation.
She is licensed as a PRC lawyer since 2019, and qualified as a performance agent.
Erin graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (LL.B.) and she speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
