Chloe joined R&P in 2023. Prior to R&P, she worked for a multinational company and W&H law firm in Shanghai, with expertise in data compliance and litigation.
Personal information protection, cybersecurity and data compliance, government regulatory and other compliance projects for multiple industries are Chloe’s fields of expertise. She is also experienced in commercial dispute resolution in both litigation and arbitration.
Chloe has been licensed as a PRC lawyer since 2022. She graduated from the University of Manchester (LL.M.) and East China University of Science and Technology (LL.B.). She speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
