In his popular China Law Blog, US attorney and Chinese law expert Dan Harris recently discussed his favorite books on Chinese legal issues. Among only four works listed was Chinese Commercial Law: A Practical Guide, written by R&P Managing Director Maarten Roos and published in October 2010. According to Mr. Harris: “I find this book very useful as a good first source on Chinese legal issues. It does a good job touching on the major legal issues foreign investors typically face in China.
