Before joining R&P in 2021, Faye worked in law firms in England and China, and was in-house legal counsel at German Würth Group in China, with a focus on compliance, employment disputes and arbitration/litigation.
Faye advises clients on regulatory matters, M&A (FDI & Restructuring & Insolvency), labor and general corporate compliance. She also represents clients in negotiations with authorities.
Faye is licensed as a PRC lawyer and speaks fluent English and Mandarin. She graduated from University of Bristol in the United Kingdom (LL.M.) and East China Normal University (LL.B.).
