Catherine joined R&P in 2022, and provides legal services for foreign direct investment (FDI), corporate compliance, and general corporate affairs for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises.
Catherine graduated from the University of California, Davis with a master's degree in law, obtained her lawyer license in 2020, and successively worked for several reputable law firms in China. She is particularly experience with acquisition, private equity funds, project investment, due diligence, etc. for state-owned enterprises and listed companies, as well as providing legal services for trust plans.
Catherine is fluent in English, Chinese, and Shanghainese.
